I have been making cakes from an early age, and after winning a school competition became addicted to the hobby!
In more recent years, I continued to make cakes for family and friends, which developed into a business opportunity by word-of-mouth.
I have developed my skills by being mainly self-taught, and have taken some lessons in sugarcraft flowers to improve my technique.
In November 2010, for the first time I entered the Cake International competition at the NEC in Birmingham. Against worldwide competitors, I achieved a Silver medal award for my sugarcraft floral display.
In the same competition in November 2011, I exhibited in the wedding cake and celebration cake categories, and achieved two Gold medal awards.
I run my business from my home in Upper Gornal, Dudley, West Midlands, and am happy to provide my services in Dudley, Sedgley, Bilston, Wolverhampton, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Bridgnorth and all surrounding areas.
I have a Food and Hygiene Certificate, and have a pet-free and smoke-free household.
